Paid Holidays
After completing 1,000 hours of employment with Martha Vance &
Associates, you are entitled to the following six paid holidays -
New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. To qualify for the
paid holiday, you must be on assignment the day before and the day
following the holiday. You will receive 8 hours compensation at your current hourly
pay rate for each paid holiday.
Vacation Pay
Upon completing 1,800 hours of temporary employment within two years of
your first assignment, you are eligible for 40 hours of Vacation
Pay. This paid benefit is based on the average hourly rate you earned for the first
1,800 hours worked. Each time you accumulate 1,800 hours, you will qualify for
vacation pay benefits.
Retirement Benefits
Temporary associates become eligible for participation in Martha Vance &
Associates’ Retirement Plan after having worked two consecutive
years. Associates must
also earn a minimum of $5,000 in each of the two consecutive years
to be eligible for participation.
Referral Bonus Program
Earn unlimited CASH BONUSES with Martha
Vance & Associates’ progressive Referral Bonus Program. Tell
your friends about our service, and if they work on a temporary
basis for just 80 hours or are placed in a direct hire position,
we’ll send you a Cash Referral Bonus. Recommend us to as many
people as you desire. Your opportunity to earn extra money is unlimited!
Direct Deposit
Paychecks are available for Direct Deposit with your financial institution if
we receive a bank deposit slip or voided check for processing. Direct Deposit privileges
usually begin two weeks after we receive your bank deposit
slip. Associates will
receive an itemized statement of wages each time Martha Vance &
Associates makes a direct deposit. Direct Deposit funds are
available at 12:01 am the Friday following Wednesday’s payroll
processing.
